Stanley Bezuidenhout

Managing Director

Stanley is a recommended facilitator with experience in financial modeling, financial
management, business, and strategic planning, leadership and governance, risk and
compliance, and has more than ten years of experience working in the insurance
industry as an actuarial technician. His experience also includes risk and compliance.

A Company secretarial consultant who specialises in compliance and corporate
governance audits, as well as someone who has facilitated compliance training for
municipalities, national and provincial government departments, and SOE’s.

He has obtained registration as an accredited facilitator with ETDP SETA and has
been an active participant in the process of developing course material that is
aligned to unit standards.

Boitumelo Mphahlele

Boitumelo Mphahlele is an experienced professional accountant who founded Norwood Accounting and Tax to provide personalised accounting services that let business owners focus on their passion while we keeping an eye on business revenue and profits.

Gugulethu Moyo

Managing Consultant

Gugu holds a Bachelor of Business Science with specialisation in Accounting and Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting. She is an Accounting Professional, Humanitarian and Mental Health Activist. She is currently responsible for business growth strategy and the implementation of business systems that foster the growth and sustainability of Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises.

Tlhalefo Makhafola BA(SA)

Business Accountant

Tlhalefo Makhafola is an experienced Business Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting Sciences with UNISA. Her areas of specialty are taxation, payroll, bookkeeping and all the way to drafting of financial statements across various business sectors.
